I was pleased to read today that the use of Google Apps inside companies of all sizes is really taking off.
The article claims that about 20% of respondents to a study by researcher IDC say Google’s Google offering is widely used in their organization, up from 5.8% a little more than a year and a half ago.

Back when the old cell phone started dying on me, and I accepted it was time to upgrade, the first thing that came to mind was, “Now, it’s time to get an iPhone.”
Have to admit, just emotionally, that would have been my first choice.
However, my next door neighbor has one, and complains about the signal in our neighborhood. AT&T isn’t particularly well know for its coverage in San Diego, but it’s especially bad here, in our little “valley,” with no data service, and rarely more than one or two bars of voice signal.
That left me looking for my next choice, and that led me to Android.
