Yes, there is some interesting stuff in Labs. The task list is an interesting start, but since a "task" generally involves a person (or, persons) and/or an appointment and/or one or more emails (and/or one or more documents), I can't wait until they allow the linking of a task to contact(s), the calendar, and more than one email! If that excites you, I bet you'll love the the Mail Labs features that are available. Go to Settings and click on the Labs tab. There's some very cool stuff in there.
